Job Description
Accountable for all financials delivery at GBL level (budget, actuals, forecast) on time & in compliance with Group regulations
Acts as a Business Partner and facilitates the India Controller in preparing for Business reviews, M-reviews (GBL and India)
Help in preparation of Budget and monthly rolling Forecast.
Preparation of dashboards on headcount growth, pyramid, utilization, charge out rate, discretionary expenses like travel, L&D
Preparation of India rate card based on budget cost base, utilization assumption, business expectation and India transfer pricing requirements
Solid understanding of business drivers / KPI which impacts business performance. Tracking and monitoring of KPIs on monthly basis
Work with business and operations team to come up with variance analysis
Primary Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive and team player
Secondary Skills
University degree, preferably Financial, or equivalent
Fluent in English
Robust analytical and numerical skills with ability to prioritize
