Position for an associate to handle account operations.

Primary Skills

Processing all the tasks related to Account Mgt Operations. He/She would be the first point of contact to receive all the requests related to Account Mgt Operations.

This includes but not limited to ops areas such as Staffing, Demand mgt, Resource Onboarding-offboarding, Invoicing, Procurement tracking, Training and Competency Tracking etc.

Strong Email and Oral communication. Extremely good in coordination with various teams. Ensuring the tasks received are properly resolved and communicated back to stakeholders.

Secondary Skills

Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Requires very high level of communication skills –verbal and written both. Need to collaborate with Account Heads, PMs, Support Function Leads such as Staffing, Finance, HR etc to fulfil the ask from BU/SBU and follow up with the stakeholders to get the right inputs. Must have prior experience to lead the team of 10+ associates

Analytical and presentation skills. Should able to analyze entire account ops metrics data; running multiple pivots and come up with conclusive observations. Expert in understanding Root Cause and resolution.

Finance and Staffing Background: Knowledge of various processes related to Resource Management, Staffing, Allocation, Demand Clearing, Invoicing, Procurement would be added advantage.
