Job Description
Systrack – Experience required: creation and configuration of Systrack Tenant (cloud), preparation of Systrack packages, integration with ServiceNOW, designing use cases, creating dashboards, deployment of packages, troubleshooting.
Designing and Implementing Lakeside SysTrack, Nexthink platform
Installing and Configuring Portal servers for Lakeside SysTrack, Nexthink
Integrating Lakeside SysTrack Nexthink with AD SCCM and ServiceNow
Use Lakeside SysTrack Nexthink dashboard to provide the analytical results.
Proactively monitor the alarms and alerts from Lakeside SysTrack, Nexthink portal
Manage the end user services by monitoring the Lakeside SysTrack, Nexthink portal and manage finder and user experience using the Lakeside SysTrack, Nexthink by eliminating the errors proactively
Publish the analytical reports in all the aspects as per the client requirement.
Monitor the Lakeside SysTrack, Nexthink portal on daily basis to identify any small to major issues and check the impacts.
