The Automic UC4 Administrator is responsible for the design installation configuration and maintenance of the Automic UC4 environment This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Automic UC4 automation platform monitoring its performance and troubleshooting any issues that arise Key Responsibilities o Design install configure and maintain the Automic UC4 environment o Ensure smooth running of the Automic UC4 automation platform o Develop and implement policies and procedures for the use of the Automic UC4 environment o Monitor performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise o Provide support to end users for Automic UC4 related issues o Work with other IT teams to integrate Automic UC4 with other systems and applications o Develop and maintain documentation for the Automic UC4 environment o Perform upgrades and patches to the Automic UC4 environment o Create and maintain automated scripts for tasks related to Automic UC4 o Participate in on call rotations for after hours support Qualifications o 6 years of experience in Automic UC4 administration o Knowledge of operating systems such as Linux UNIX or Windows o Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills o Good communication and interpersonal skills
