Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in developing Blockchain applications

• Hands-on experience working on platforms such as Algorand, Quorum, Consensys, R3,

Hyperledger, Ethereum, etc

• Proficiency in one (or more) of the following languages: C++, Java, JavaScript, NodeJS
• Sound knowledge and hands-on experience working with different PAAS solutions offered by

Azure, AWS and other such cloud platforms

• Should know how to write efficient multithreaded code, configuration of container virtualization

via docker

• Familiarly with basic cryptography and P2P networks
• Research, analyse, design, develop, test, and maintain Blockchain applications
• Brainstorm and evaluate applications for new tools and technologies
• Support and maintain current as well as future distributed applications for their integration and

workflow

• Connect with key stakeholders, technical partners, developer’s community and discuss the

important topics

• Work in collaboration with a team and be a part of the planning of the project for long term

impact

• Establish strong Business Relationships to provide technical support and guidance to Client

projects

• Experience on RFP process, Capability building would be a plus
• Building out Proof of Concepts (PoCs), creating prototypes, working with technology CoEs and

connecting with other relevant internal and external parties, as required

• Education: Graduation Degree is a must and master’s degree would be a plus.
