Job Summary
Oversee CapitaLand’s CSR strategy and execution in India, ensuring alignment with global objectives for social impact. Drive staff volunteerism and develop partnerships with charity and community organizations and manage existing projects. Manage annual CSR and CapitaLand Hope Foundation (CHF) work plans, budgets, and governance reporting. Collaborate with Corporate Communications and HR to promote CSR initiatives both externally and internally.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Prerequisites
Education: Recognized degree related to communications, business, marketing, management, or other relevant disciplines.
Experience: Minimum 10+ years of work experience, preferably in related areas such as CSR and NGO/development work in India. Knowledge of the rules and regulations governing NGOs in India, best practices for CSR and volunteer management will also be an advantage.
