We have been granted a direct broking license by IRDAI and have been permitted to carry Life & General Insurance business in India. Requirement:
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive in Delhi NCR, who is willing to unlock and prove his / her potential by working diligently on the task assigned.

Educational Qualifications:
Graduation or equivalent in any stream
Skill Sets:
Should have minimum 3 years of experience into client servicing
Should have sound knowledge of handling EB claims – Cashless & Reimbursement
Should know how to get monthly endorsements done
Candidates working with Insurance brokers are preferred
Should have good command on MS-Office specially in excel
Good Communication Skills
Self-Motivated
Team Player
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ensuring smooth functioning of policies assigned for servicing
Handling queries / escalations via mail and phone for the respective corporate
Processing the reimbursement claims received
Generating weekly MIS as per the client requirement
Coordination with the Insurance company, TPA for endorsements and enrolment activity
Sending data to person handling SAIBA for updation
Claims follow-up and maintenance of registers
Co-ordination with investigators / insurers /insured
Scrutinizing of claim documents and ensuring correctness
Claim calculation checking and follow for claim settlement
Keep track of monthly endorsements and get the same done on time
Check on CD Balance monthly and give intimation to client in case of shortfall
Keep track of claims and get it done in agreed TAT’s
Interaction, discussion, and follow-ups with insurance company for endorsements and with TPA/Insurer for claims
Internal co-ordination among the other members of the team
Working Hours:
Office Hours will be 10:00 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Saturday
Weekly off will be observed on 2nd & 4th Saturday of the month
Remuneration:
Fixed monthly Salary as per Industry Standards and Conveyance etc.
