Job Role: Associate Concierge (Car Price Negotiator)

Job Description:

As an Associate Concierge (Car Price Negotiator), you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by negotiating the best deals for their desired vehicles. Your duties will include the following:

• Understanding the client’s requirements and preferences for the vehicle
• Reviewing the curated vehicle listings prepared by the market research team
• Contacting dealerships through various channels (calls, messages, emails) to check vehicle availability, get an initial quotation, and negotiate the best deal for the clients
• Working with the dealership and client to close the deal on a positive note
• Maintaining timely and value-driven communication with clients over email
• Working Hours: 8 PM to 5 AM IST (Monday to Saturday)
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Prior experience in negotiation is a must.
• Pay based on experience/skills.
