Hello Everyone CareNetram is Hiring Eye-wear Sales Executive in Odisha !
About CareNetram(Under 2COMS Group):
In order to expand access to vision care and eyeglasses for the underprivileged, Care Netram in association with Good Vision Glasses, Germany have come together to conduct free vision campaigns in rural and semi-urban communities that have limited access to eye-care services. Many individuals that attend our vision camps have never before received an eye exam.
Care Netram strives to solve that by our skill development intervention of training manpower to take One dollar Glasses. Through this initiative, we support the patented technology to produce low cost eyewear while supporting our learning curve in technology enhancements with respect to vision.
Experience: 6 months – 2 yrs experience as a sales executive in an optical showroom or similar role
Only Male Candidates from Odisha are Preferred
Responsibilities:
Target Driven
Ensure Store Profitability
Greet and direct customers , Provide accurate information (e.g Eyewear features, pricing and after-sales services)
Answer customers questions about specific vision corrections.
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Cross-sell products
Ensure racks are fully stocked
Manage returns of merchandise
Coordinate with the retail sales representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
Inform customers about discounts and special offers
Provide customer feedback to the manager Stay up-to-date with new products
Conduct BTL(Below-The-Line) activities like sales promotion , direct marketing, Tele Marketing

Understanding of the retail sales process
Familiar with spectacles Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
Candidate should be based at Odisha only
