Job description
We are hiring Account Lead/Manager for Domestic Staffing: Bangalore location.

Candidate must have experience into end to end IT Recruitment/Technical Recruitment.
Responsible for Delivery Management & Account Management for multiple clients.
Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
Responsible for Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team’s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
Act as main point of contact for customers regarding business service issues, queries and concerns.
Should be aware with the process of Recruiting, searching, scheduling interviews, negotiation of salary and closing.
Responsible for sourcing and screening profile through various job portals (Naukri, Monster e.t.c)
Candidate should have experience in Contract staffing(C2H).
Ensuring that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with organizational policies, and other regulatory requirements.
Coordinating with interview panel for Telephonic and in-person Interview.

Personal Skill Sets :
Looking for stable resources who are looking for a long-term opportunity.
Candidate with prior experience in Domestic IT Staffing staffing industry.
Good communication and negotiation, convincing skills required.
Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, and to prioritize competing demands effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹60,000.00 – ₹83,000.00 per month
