Responsibilities-Coordinating with various departments to ensure that all employee records are up to date and accurateMaintaining employee files and records, including attendance records, leave records, and other HR-related documentationGenerating offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related letters as requiredCoordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hiresManaging employee leave requests and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirementsConducting exit interviews and managing the employee offboarding processProviding support to the HR team in various tasks such as recruitment, employee engagement, and performance managementEnsuring compliance with HR-related laws and regulationsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in HR operationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectivelyFamiliarity with HR software and toolsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationStrong understanding of HR laws and regulationJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Application Question(s):How many years of experience you have working in the field of HR?Speak with the employer+91 +91 8087171050
