Job Description
Finalization of Books and publishing the Balance Sheet/Statement of Accounts
Must be a hands on person for being the primary/team lead working in the area of finalization of Books from a share-holder perspective.
Operational Accounts
Should have hands on experience of having led the Accounts and Finance team of a Business Enterprise typically in the FMCG, trading or manufacturing industry.
Familiar with the MIS reports and other Protocols required for the management to take decisions.
Familiar with the basic costing of all manufacturing and/or trading inventory
Should have experience of devising/advising the Business head management controls in day to day running of the business operations wrt profit centre management, Credit controls, Inventory management and Vendor Management.
Hands on experience of having used Tally will be an added advantage.
GST, Income Tax and other Laws –
Familiar with GST, income Tax , BASIC knowledge of Labour laws, and other laws required to operate the enterprise and must be open to updating his knowledge on insecticide and relevant agricultural trade laws.
Audit
Suggest/set up Systems for periodic Internal Audits of various functions.
