Job Purpose and Impact
The Travel & Entertainment Business Group Analytics Lead will develop an in depth understanding of T&E to provide significant business insights to help business leaders make better decisions. You will partner with Finance leaders and our internal Product Owners and Analytics Engineers to execute our Finance Analytics strategy and drive business value and efficiencies through automatization, standardization, and innovation. In this position, you’ll demonstrate familiarity with finance & analytics processes, data management and senior leadership advisory.
Key Accountabilities
Identify and analyze business needs, gather requirements and define the scope and objectives to drive business decisions.
Prepare data and explore new potential data to support reporting and analysis initiatives.
Prepare reports and analysis to identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets for values and new opportunities.
Lead analysis in collaboration with process and operations leadership to identify the top opportunities for improvement and track progress and impact on future results.
Mentor and coach peers and recommend process improvements related to delivery and new methodologies.
Partner with the team to develop a detailed understanding of the business and offer mentorship or technical solutions to identify business problems.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Partner with relevant teams and consult on data management capabilities to define, promote and assess governance and quality standards.
Collaborate with the product teams on the technical direction to fulfill the stories and be available, as needed, to answer scope and priority questions and make decisions to keep the team moving and accepting stories during the sprint.
Understand the technical capabilities of the data management solutions and develop systems for coaching data and business teams on how to use them

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum four years of directly related global/regional work experience – Previous Business Intelligence, Analytics, Master data experience.
English proficiency
Minimum of 3 years’ experience coordinating global/regional data & tech projects
Senior stakeholder management/communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in finance, Information Sciences
Experience in Cargill T&E processes and systems, preferably Concur
Experience with Agile, Scrum or similar
Experience executing data governance policies and standards.
Ability to partner with various business units to understand and gather requirements.
