Job Description

Job Purpose and Impact
The Solutions Integrator III (Analytical SIA) is accountable for defining and maintaining a comprehensive SAP focused Analytica Solution as well as governing the solutions consistency across all the SAP domains. The role works closely with the Deployment Analysts, SAP Process Owners and Functional Solution Integrity Analysts to ensure understanding business requirements, how those relate to our existing Analytical and SAP solution blueprint and offerings. In this role, you will lead the translation of business needs into specific Analytical requirements which can be harmonized across multiple SAP Instances, processes and businesses. You will provide functional, technical leadership with the partners in delivering solutions to the business. Key Accountabilities
Ensuring that any design and build of (new) BI capabilities is consistent and not in conflict with any existing functional and capability and SAP S4 process area blueprint
Ensure that a Functional Design is valid and correctly created and is mapped to right SAP-S4 table structure
Provide governance to ensure proposals and estimates from partners meet business needs, are priced appropriately, timelines are reasonable, and solutions meet business objectives.
Helps in the dispositioning and mapping of report & analytical requirements to the right BI technology
In depth knowledge of the BI solutions and services for the respective SAP Instance and process area
In depth knowledge of the latest blue print and design principals of the respective SAP instance and process area, which is even at SAP-S4 table structure knowledge
Creating and managing the BI enhancement roadmap for the respective SAP-S4 process area and continuously seeking for excellence in our BI solution offering to enable the right insight for our businesses
Acts as the functional expert to the BU’s, Functions and SAP Instances SIA’s for all BI related topics
Provide support/consultation for detailed design, SAP deployments and production support activities
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Builds and maintains relationships with reporting super users and community, process managers, Process Solution Integrity Analysts and project resources to identify opportunities to combine enhancements, maintenance, and problem resolution activities into release bundles Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent work experience
7+ years relevant business or IT experience in solution or service delivery positions
Any additional diploma or industry certification will be an added advantage
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience Working on Multiple Global projects
2+ years of SAP experience in at least Finance or Operations or Commercials domain
2+ years of experience in BI and information management field
Technical knowledge and experience with one of the SAP Reporting/Analytics solutions such as BO, BW, Design Studio, Hadoop, Snowflake etc.
Knowledge of Self-Service Analytical Tools like Power BI, KNIME & Tableau – will be an added advantage
Ability to work non-traditional working hours (evenings, nights & weekends) during cutover, go-live and Hypercare
Confirmed capability to work in a third party led service environment and across a number of key strategic vendors
