Job Purpose and Impact
The Global Process Manager (GPM) – Intercompany will develop and deliver global operational excellence to the company for the Intercompany process area. In this role, you will drive design and continuous improvement programs of change for the sustainable process improvement in collaboration with key global internal and external stakeholders within your process area.
Key Accountabilities
Lead the design and deployment of the operating model of Intercompany process, collaborating closely with Finance, Procurement and Commercial leaders on continuous improvement across the assigned areas, influencing senior leadership and understanding global complexity.
Develop an integrated end to end process in alignment with the global technology roadmap and data management strategy, integrating the sub processes and enabling our processes with people, technology, and data.
Evolve the capability associated with the process, designing, and implementing ways to build the capability, identifying opportunities and optimizing processes for improved user experience.
Drive continuous growth of the capability through regular review of processes, policies, data standards and success measures.
You will develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business and/or regulatory environment while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, exhibiting authority for talent management decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also coordinate subordinate managers and supervisors in selecting staff to align with current and future needs of the organization.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Minimum of three years of supervisory or people management experience
Experience developing and implementing complex transformations including data, technology, and process strategies across multiple priorities and set resources.
Ability to travel globally up to 30%
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in external leading practices, innovation, and continuous improvement
Experience in process design and implementation of software packages
Experience in leadership roles in a strategic, finance or risk consulting firm
