About the internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct phone screening and work on talent mapping for key roles in India within the given timelines
2. Complete diversity talent mapping for sales and plant roles as assigned by Cargill’s talent acquisition team members
3. Gather market intelligence and best practices
4. Manage the employee engagement activities
