Cargill Hiring for Operations Analyst at Bengaluru, India Full Time

Job Purpose and Impact

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for the structuring of information to control a production process within the plant. In this role, you will monitor costs, process expenses, headcount and budget to facilitate better decision making across the location.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure compliance and reliability on dashboard indicators.

• Analyse additional indicators to ensure accurate information and enable efficient follow up involving operations team with the required coordination with the team and stakeholders.

• Identify process failures and notify the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner for rectifying it .

• Generate daily reports to provide structuring information related to the production process along with SAP & BPC analysis.

• Follow up on environment, health and security activities for plant partners.

• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

• Daily reports using Power BI and SAP analytics

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

• 4-5 of related work experience into manufacturing data analysis and coordination

• Working knowledge of tools like Power BI and SAP in operations and supply chain model

• Experience with production processes in a matrixed company
