Job Purpose and Impact
The Process Specialist is responsible for providing treasury consulting services for defined business divisions. In this role, you will apply your financial knowledge to craft financial and risk management policy and procedure, provide advisory services, as well as provide inputs to analytical and strategic projects across business and functions.
Key Accountabilities
Provide moderately sophisticated financial modeling and advisory services to business for defined region.
Will be responsible for handling bank reconciliation
Participate in crafting financial policies and procedures and provide support and some advisory services to ensure compliance with these policies.
Participate and contribute inputs in mergers, acquisition, divestitures and joint venture for defined region.
Participate in consolidating and reporting of treasury’s risks in the region including foreign exchange rate and counterparty risks.
Maintain good banking relationships with our key partners in the region.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good understanding of treasury and risk management functions.
Minimum of two years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or other post-secondary degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics.
Five years experience in banking or treasury.
Experienced in leading foreign exchange as well as merger and acquisition
