Job Purpose and Impact

As an Procure to pay tech enablement lead (ServiceNow Implementation Lead ) , you will be responsible to prepare and drive the definition of product vision and road map, build, work with stakeholders and agile team to ensure initiatives are delivered according to agreements. Understand and contribute in program events, prepare or participate in planning and execution. The role holder will also need to work with Project management and other key stakeholders including the Global Process organization, Finance Operations, Global IT and our third-party partners

Key Accountabilities

• Procure to pay enablement lead must constantly seek out new innovative way to enhance process efficiency.

• Service now implementation experience – ServiceNow platform knowledge, Functional and Technical ServiceNow delivery experience

• Technical ServiceNow implementation knowledge to design and build data products& Translate business requirements into technical requirements.

• Support with translating requirements into sprint planning and guide developers

• Leading and preparing all test and UAT activities (e.g. write UAT test scripts, follow-up on defects, etc.)

• Provide subject matter expertise for integration and customized features (e.g. language recognition API, automatic ticket categorization)

• Facilitate weekly Operational connects with FinOps (twice a week) to discuss feedback, progress, defects, etc.

• Prepare and host trainings sessions for Operational teams (agents & business users)

• Support with upgrade planning activities and coordinate with developers and Cargill Global IT

• Support with execution of migration plan from lab instance to production instance

• Align and connect with different technical teams to drive the implementation

• Review technical documentation from developers

• Ability to define data use cases based on business requirements.

• Integration and data knowledge related to Data platform and using APIs

• Monitor the use of existing solution versions ensuring team is driving, advocating and guiding the use of existing solutions.

• Able to translate strategy into ambitious goals, clear priorities and focused on driving outcomes.

• Facilitate or perform role in producing process improvement demo and actively support adapt workshops.

• Deliver expected outcomes for Invoice to pay Finance technology projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• At least 10-12 of six years of related work experience

• Functional and Technical ServiceNow delivery experience

• ServiceNow platform knowledge

• Experienced in agile way of working.

• Clear communication skills to manage technical and operational teams

• Ability to drive UAT testing and defect fixing (e.g. write test scripts, validate user stories, etc.)

• Experience with IT system/application implementation or user (Preferably SAP, VIM, Ariba/other e-invoicing, Concur, Service now etc)

• Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills

• Demonstrate agility and adapt quickly to changes.
