Carlsberg Group Hiring for Associate Manager – Supply Chain Finance at Gurugram, Haryana, India Full Time

Primary Purpose of Role

Accounting, Auditing, Capex management, Budgeting & MIS reporting related to Capex.

Key Accountabilities:

§ Support business development team on financial analysis for capex projects.

§ Capex Management and Reporting

§ Monthly Closing: Ensuring timely month closing and submission of MIS reports.

§ Ensure compliance with all SOP, internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

a) Prepare detailed capex report at Month-end report for management.

b) Develop, manage, and monitor the capital expenditure budget and 3 year plan.

c) Prepare detailed financial models to evaluate potential capital projects, including ROI (return on investment), payback period, and net present value (NPV) analysis.

d) Conduct sensitivity analysis to assess the financial risks and outcomes of various investment scenarios.

e) Review the open capital expenditure purchase orders & arrange for their short closures.

f) Weekly assessment & tracking of progress of capital expenditure, flag if any deviations from the approved RFA Limits & follow up for corrective actions.

g) Tracking CWIP ageing & driving for timely capitalization of assets.

h) Coordination with RFA tool team

i) Tracking Capital Advances & ensuring correct accounting for them

j) Ensure clean audit report and timely closure of action items from Internal audit report (High Risk action items closure – 100%)

Qualifications/ Memberships: CA

Experience: 2 to 4 years’ experience post qualification. (Big 4 background preferred)
