Carlsberg Group Hiring for Associate Manager – Supply Planning at Gurugram, Haryana, India Full Time

Key roles and responsibilities:

Plan both short- and long-term to align supply and demand to support inventory needs

Project forward-looking inventory positions and financial implications

Lead collaboration meetings with stakeholders and vendors to review purchase forecasts, proposed orders, and other operational issues

Monitor weekly and monthly production plans, prioritizing work orders

Set preferred stock levels and prevent excess inventory

Review supplies to ensure quality, monitor stock levels

Develop and monitor internal and external key performance indicators including forecast accuracy and vendor scorecard metrics

Design and create new tools to help improve the planning functions of supply chain

Engage in continuous improvement as it relates to processes and material availability.

Plan short term and long term sourcing strategy to minimize cost to deliver. This would include short term upgrades to existing infrastructure as well as long term capacity enhancements via Greenfield or contract manufacturing in view of long term demand development, regulatory environment and state specific costs.

High Level Excel working Proficiency preferably Macro’s.

Developmental

Develop Supply Planning process across organisation to Maturity through Automation

Drive development of Auto Mode Planning for better outputs.

Operational

Improve freshness to market – Proactively agree with regional sales teams’ action for Ageing inventory

Improve Secondary product availability – Monitor results through Service Level measures.

Key Attributes:

Proficiency in Planning

Knowledge of Manufacturing, Sales and distribution Operations

High analytical skill and Excel capability

Excellent Presentation skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Expertise in MS-Office (Advanced Excel,Power Point, Word)

Dashboard Building capabilities will be Preferred

Knowledge of Excel Macros, Access, Power Bi + Power Query,

Qualifications: Graduation / Preferably Post Graduation in Operations or Supply Chain management

Experience:

3 – 6 Years in FMCG or Beverage Industry with preferable exposure to automation and analytics, the most recent experience being in Demand Planning& S&OP
