Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for negotiating with customers post car inspection and converting them into deliveries.
- Ensuring all processes are followed (complete documentation, data sanity on the internal dashboard, follow-up with customers on any pending documents, etc).
- Meet weekly and monthly delivery (and token) targets.
- Be a customer champion by ensuring a superb experience with the company.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills.
- Expert negotiators.
- Good analytical skills.
- Smart and quick to respond to the customers.
- May not be from the Automobile industry, however, willing to work in a fast-paced environment company in the preowned car market segment.
