NOTE: What we are looking for is enthusiastic people who have out of the box thinking and innovative ideas. We are currently a startup of few people. All roles will eventually lead to Leadership Roles as the company grows.

Right now we are focusing on Home Bakers. Think about Square but primarily focus on home bakers.

You will:

• Handling outbound calls on a daily basis.

• Speaking to leads and convincing them to send all required documents

• Monitoring performance of key customers

Qualifications

You have:

• 1+ years of work experience, with growth marketing and user acquisition

• Fluent in Malayalam and have a good grasp on the English language.

• Able to use Google docs, sheets and slides.

• Able to understand IT related technical terms.

You’ll Experience

• Highly volatile environment with rapid changes in decision.

• Demanding thought processes with innovative ways for new content formats and strategies.

Contract length: 2 months

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
