– Cash Mauj is a financial services supermarket where customer can get all the financial services under single umbrella like loan, credit card, insurance, investment, fast tag, DTH connection, credit score, credit repair services and many more with multiple brands.

– We’ve more than 400 products in our inventory where customer can choose, compare and finally buy the same digitally.

– We at Cash Mauj are hiring Chief Operating Officer

:

– Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures

– Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

– Establish policies that promote company culture and vision

– Oversee daily operations of the company

– Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning

– Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met.

– Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

– Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

– Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy

– Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)

– Manage relationships with partners/vendors

Requirements and skills :

– Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer or relevant role

– Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.

– Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development

– Experience in fundraising will be a plus

– Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

– Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

– Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
