Major Responsibilities

Execute day-to-day Operational tasks related to Validation and Invoicing of advertising campaign.

Ensuring end to end management of all Campaigns and AdNetworks with respect to Validations from sharing the data with clients to raising the final invoice.

Analyzing data to identify Validation accuracy and taking adequate steps to solve that.

Work cross – functionally across multiple teams to deliver the requirements.

Manage communication with Clients and AdNetworks and Publishers to close Campaign Delivery.

Execute customer facing communications in case of delays in processing customer Cashbacks.

Coordinate with customer support team and help answer/investigate any customer complaints regarding Cashbacks

Requirements

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Proficient with Excel is a must. Knowledge of Power Query and Basic SQL will be preferred

Ability to meet deadlines in fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Comfortable in handling large volume data on Excel, Power Query

Think Strategically – Should be able to understand and co-relate with the goals of the Company.

Ability to work directly with multiple stakeholders.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Ability to plan, prioritize and manage time
