Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Collecting all required data of BankKaro promotions by liaising with internal teams.
operationalize marketing campaigns and track the performance of each campaign.
Assisting the manager in for analysis and creating new strategies.
Testing and ensuring smooth tracking of all BankKaro campaigns.
Highlight critical roadblocks and issues wherever found.
Handling daily reporting of BankKaro to all internal teams.
Ensuring reports for all channels are in sync with the reports from the partner.
Ensuring TAT of Validations and Missing.
Must-Have Skills:
Good written and verbal communication.
Strong proficiency in MS Office and general computer use.
Understanding of retail banking products such as Credit cards, Saving Account, Personal loan etc.
Self-starter who consistently acts with a sense of urgency.
To have an eagle eye approach over data and processes, ability to identify pain points and operational inefficiency.
General inclination towards finance and Fintech industry.
