Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our jewellery company in Karaical. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our jewellery products. Your passion for sales and knowledge of the jewellery industry will contribute to the success of our business.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Service:
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
Showcase jewellery items, highlight features and benefits, and assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Achieving Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting jewellery products and closing sales.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
Continuously update product knowledge to effectively sell different types of jewellery.
Product Presentation:
Maintain a well-presented and organized display of jewellery items.
Ensure that products are accurately labeled with pricing and relevant information.
Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends, designs, and materials.
Building Customer Relationships:
Build strong and long-lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Follow up with customers to provide after-sales support and address any concerns or queries.
Maintain a customer database and utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools effectively.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Conduct research to identify potential customer segments and market opportunities.
Provide feedback and suggestions to the management team based on market insights.
Sales Reporting and Administration:
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer information, and inventory levels.
Prepare regular sales reports and share insights with the management team.
Assist in stock management, inventory control, and replenishment activities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the jewellery industry, will be an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
Knowledge of different types of jewellery, gemstones, and their characteristics.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using basic computer applications
