Overseeing employees and their work
Upholding customer service
Preventing theft
Promoting and advertising the store
Recruiting new staff
Solving customer complaints
Budgeting
Maintaining inventories
Updating records
Implementing sales and marketing campaigns
Scheduling shifts
Maintaining relationships with suppliers
Working to improve retail performance
Setting sales goals
Cultivating and maintaining productive relationships at all levels
