Job Summary: This is exciting opportunity to work with multiple teams inside a Caterpillar Division and create positive business impact. The Project Coordinator supports the strategy execution process for the Retail Electric Power Solutions (REPS) Division via Project Online and Power BI governance tools to ensure full visibility to the execution of profitability initiatives. This role supports multiple workstreams across the REPS business.

Job Duties: This role will prepare weekly governance material for the REPS Leadership Team, work with the Workstream Leads and Initiative Owners for effective use of tools and continuous improvement of tools. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the REPS Project Consultant and REPS Strategy Manager. The ability to quickly analyze data and identify initiatives that need action to close any gaps to plans is part of the support of this role.

Basic Qualifications:
4 year college degree

Minimum 3 years of professional experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Project Online and Power BI

Flexible working hours to work with teams in the United States and United Kingdom.

Strong communication skills

Top Candidates Have:
Previous experience with Project Management

Ability to learn new tools to bring automation of various manual processes.

Initiative to identify knowledge gaps in team members and willingness to provide training.

Use of Python and SharePoint lists.
