Job Description:

Key Responsibilities-

• Agile Coaching: Provide guidance and coaching to development teams on Agile methodologies, principles, and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

• Scaled Agile Framework Implementation: Lead the implementation and adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across the organization, ensuring alignment with the overall Agile strategy.

• Agile Ceremonies Facilitation: Conduct and facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Team Empowerment: Foster a collaborative and empowered team environment by removing impediments, promoting self-organization, and encouraging continuous improvement.

• Product Backlog Management: Assist product owners in refining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with business objectives and technical feasibility.

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery, ensuring that the team stays on track and delivers high-quality results.

• Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on team performance metrics, including velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time, to identify areas for improvement.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.

• Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a scaled Agile environment.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, principles, and practices.

• Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
