Job Description:
Key Responsibilities-
Agile Coaching: Provide guidance and coaching to development teams on Agile methodologies, principles, and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
Scaled Agile Framework Implementation: Lead the implementation and adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across the organization, ensuring alignment with the overall Agile strategy.
Agile Ceremonies Facilitation: Conduct and facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Team Empowerment: Foster a collaborative and empowered team environment by removing impediments, promoting self-organization, and encouraging continuous improvement.
Product Backlog Management: Assist product owners in refining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with business objectives and technical feasibility.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery, ensuring that the team stays on track and delivers high-quality results.
Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on team performance metrics, including velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time, to identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a scaled Agile environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, principles, and practices.
Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
