CBS Venture Ltd Hiring for Data entry intern at New Delhi Full Time

Looking for a passionate data entry intern with requisite analytical skills to enter, update and maintain information pertaining to our business activities. The candidate must possess essential data entry skills like fast typing and an eye for detail to feed accurate and reliable information in our databases.

Responsibilities

• Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
• Review the stored data for discrepancies and take corrective measures, if possible.
• Research and investigate for further information if documents are found to be incomplete.
• Generate final reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
• Maintain professional confidentiality and attend queries for information and access to relevant files.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies.

Requirements

• Prior experience in data entry, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk.
• Ability to use MS office and analytical data programs.
• Ability to work with office equipment, like fax machine and scanner.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
