Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Education). Demonstrated expertise in robotics, coding, and programming languages. Previous experience in teaching or working with students in a robotics or STEAM-related capacity. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Experience: Minimum 01 Year experience is required (Freshers also can apply)Responsibilities: 1. Following the Curriculum: Execute the comprehensive robotics curriculum provided that aligns with educational standards and encourages hands-on learning experiences. Integrate robotics lessons with existing school subjects to showcase the interdisciplinary nature of robotics.2. Teaching and Instruction: Deliver engaging and interactive robotics experience to students of various age groups. Provide clear explanations of concepts and guide students in applying theoretical knowledge to practical projects.3. Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and organization of robotics kits and materials. Ensure the proper functioning of robotics kits, software, and any other technology used in the classroom.4. Student Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and creativity. Facilitate collaborative projects and competitions to enhance students’ problem-solving and teamwork skills.5. Assessment and Feedback: Implement effective assessment strategies to evaluate students’ understanding of robotics concepts. Provide timely and constructive feedback to support students’ academic and personal development.6. Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest developments in robotics and STEAM education. Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to continuously enhance teaching skills and knowledge.7.
