• FEMALE CANDIDATE WITH 8 – 10 YEARS WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION. CAN HANDLE INDEPENTLY CUSTOMER CARE

• Handling After Sales Dept.

• Attending service calls from clients.

• Allotting service calls to all Technicians & Carpenter to attend complaints on daily basis.

• Organizing demonstration in co-ordination with Boutiques.

• Collecting of revenues from after sales dept & handover the same to Accounts Dept.

• Releasing after sales incentives for All India.

• Coordinating with warehouse for installation of pss orders.

• Ordering of spare parts from Italy.

• Coordination with accounts dept for outstation expenses for services.

• Sending spares to all India as per their requirements.

• Preparing monthly statement regarding after sales revenue collection.

• Maintaining life time service details all India.

• Maintaining of service orders.

• Coordinating with ordering dept for life time free replacements
• Reverting to the clients after the service being carried out for the spares or any replacement
• Calling clients for delivery of Pss orders
• Calling clients for feedback after installation
• Co-ordination with team for installation schedules
• Co-ordination with team for allotting the sites for installation of kitchens

Expected Start Date: 1/10/2021

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
