CCAL Hiring for Accounts Payable at Puducherry Full Time

• Daily monitoring and validation of AP Team Accounting Activity (Supplier Invoices / DN / CN)
• Co-ordinate for imports with CHA / Customs & Accounting
• Monitoring Employee reimbursement Claims
• Handling of petty cash activities and accounting
• Review AP Team activity via dashboard comprising of Indicators / deliverables / inventory
• Collaborating with all stakeholders like Purchase team / Stores team . user Department / Suppliers / Employees on need basis
• Purchase order validation on accounting parameters
• Budget monitoring – Budget Vs PO& Budget Vs Actuals utilization
• Organizing supplier payments as per scheduled frequency / sharing payment details to stakeholders
• Handling suppliers queries on payments
• Monitoring of MSME vendors compliance
• Day monitoring of GST Credit reco with GSTN Portal
• TDS accounting & payments on due dates
• TDS quaterly filing of returns
• Issuance of TDS certificates
• Weekly review of Pending Debit balance on quarterly basis with targeted vendors and obtain No Due Certificate
• Monitoring CWIP & Fixed Asset Capitalization on Completion of project
• MIS on all AP /GST / IT TDS activities
• Statutory compliances related to all AP / GST / IT TDS activities

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹240,000.00 – ₹350,000.00 per year
