We are hiring a customer care executive to manage customer complaints and replacements of products.

Role and Responsibility:

• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Looking after the returns received from customers.
• Look after the replaced orders.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Communicating with customers regarding replaced/returned orders and obtain details of complaints.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Salary – Negotiable (as per Last CTC)
