The role of a Sr Research Analyst involves secondary and primary research, analysis and creating and updating research reports covering a wide range of topics in the financial technology sector. The senior analysts will be responsible for 4-5 reports out of the IBS research portfolio and become a subject matter expert on the banking technology reports under their purview. This is done by keeping abreast of the latest developments within the sector, attending conferences, or conference calls and interacting with vendors and their clients.

Requirements

Candidates must have a Masters’ degree/ MBA with a strong academic performance/class ranking. They should have 3-5 years of research experience, preferably in the financial services/ financial technology space. Superior verbal and written communication skills are a must. Ability to handle assignments independently and take complete ownership of their reports are also pre-requisites.
