CEDAR Retail Private Limited Hiring for Deputy Manager Production at Dumka Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY

Job responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

· Manage daily production processes and schedules for factory and work-from-home workers.

· Ensure production is cost effective and within agreed budgets and targets.

· Implement SOP for operations in compliance to legal and customer requirements and good Housekeeping.

· Improve productivity, quality, product standards, equipment availability and efficiency of operations.

· Generate daily reports of production.

· Liaison with concerned departments including Procurement, Sales, Quality and HR, for required resources

· Managing & maintenance of factory assets, ensure maintenance of factory equipment is done on regular intervals.

· Organise the repair for any damaged equipment.

· Ensure health and safety of factory workers and supervisors.

· Review team performance and identify training needs and develop training plans.

Requirements:

· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

· Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Good managerial skills

· Inter-personal and leadership skills

· Quick in decision making with analytical and logical reasoning.

· Proficient in MS Office / Excel and related tools.

· Experience in managing production / factory operations
