A Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with customers. They act as the liaison between the customer and the company, and their goal is to keep customers satisfied and loyal. This includes providing customer service, resolving customer complaints and inquiries, in addition to responding to customer feedback. They may also help with marketing and sales efforts by providing customer insights and feedback. The Customer Relationship Executive may also be responsible for training new customer service representatives and developing customer-focused strategies.
