Job Description:

Cerner is elated to hire for Product Owner role. As a Product Owner, you will maintain, monitor, and manage internal domain environments, and serve as key technical contact for the domain environments. You are expected to analyze, troubleshoot solutions or services with respect to hardware and software installation. You role required to analyze technical issues related to implementation of new technologies or customization of existing technologies in any of the internal domain environments. You should support environment and domain planning and management. You will manage routine and some complex production maintenance events such as technology upgrades, system configuration and capacity changes, inclusive of technical project planning, resourcing and coordinating with clients. You will also facilitate and engage Solution teams (after the initial investigation) for specific solution issues seen in internal domain environments and work towards resolving them on priority. Your role will be to Lead weekly meetings with India and US teams.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 6 years of total combined higher education and related work experience, including:

• At least 1 year of Product design, product testing, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting and/or other HCIT solution work experience.

• At least 5 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job, including:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, or Health Care or equivalent relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in supporting and managing production maintenance work, involving technology upgrades, system configuration and customization.

• Hands-on experience in analyzing, troubleshooting solutions or services with respect to hardware and software installation as part of Production maintenance task.

• Basic product development knowledge in a agile/scrum environment.

• Experience with Linux & Windows infrastructures.

• Knowledge on monitoring software tools like Zabbix.

• Hands-on experience of working with virtual machines and cloud services.

• Understanding of IT infrastructure and requirements of Citrix.

• Experience as Windows Server and Citrix administrator.

• Application Server Administration experience.

• Basic SQL knowledge for data retrieval

• Facilitate incident response on the Jira/Ticket queue.
