As a HR Executive, you will work closely with the Production and Maintenance team on hiring activities, employee safety & wellbeing and facilities management.Ceyone Life Sciences Pvt. • Proficient with full-cycle recruiting right from posting jobs, screening candidates, setting up interviews to paperwork
• Good knowledge of labour legislation (employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
• Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative support, logistics, etc
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (attendance, staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
• Communicate with government agencies when necessary
• Must know the statutory calculations and filing like TDS, PF/EPF etc
• Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews
• Source candidates and conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
• Security Arrangement at Site & Office,
• Responsible for keeping production unit clean and hygienic,
• Handling & coordinating the entire HR Activities from Recruitment to Exit
• Maintain the statutory records and wage payments of contract workmen, .
• In charge of maintaining the grievance register at the workplace to record the grievances of deployed employees,
• Preparing the probation confirmation/performance letters, etc.
• Coordinate with Hyderabad office and management on activities
• Maintenance of Personal files of each individual of the company

Required Skills/Qualifications

• BA/MA in Human Resources Management, MBA or any relevant degree
• Minimum experience of 1-3 years in HR Administration and Payroll
• Self-started and demonstrate leadership abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
