Receiving incoming calls, take messages and ensure calls are duly returned
to specific callers.
? To enter all the orders in the order book- received by any channel. and
prepare quotations as per the instructions for the Sales Team.
? Ensure timely dispatches.
? Be updated with basic knowledge on products and services offered by Yoga
? Maintain and update inventory of items issued to reception area
? Maintain records and coordinate all incoming and outgoing couriers.
? Supervising housekeeping as per guidelines coursed out by management
? Maintain AMC record for office equipment
? Timely co-ordinate with service providers to ensure upkeep of office
equipment’s / IT infrastructure
? Organize and maintain files and records, update when necessary.
? Assist for payroll data / attendance record.
? Maintain and replenish office pantry consumables / stationary items.
? Maintaining and management of insurance data of employees and vehicles.
? Take-up additional responsibilities as and when required
Candidate
requirements:
? Personal
Immaculate work ethics, pleasing personality with excellent communication and
presentation skills. Should have an eye for detail, flair for documentation, clarity in
recording and presenting information. Should be enthusiastic to drive new
initiatives and develop team spirit. Creative thinking with a desire to simplify work.
? Professional
Presence of mind, good with numbers, process oriented, structure in doing things,
customer sensitivity. Good time management and ability to prioritize. Ability to
work as part of a team and build strong working and integral relationships.
? Functional
Proficiency in MS office (outlook, excel, word & power point). Proactive and
disciplined in mail correspondence. Good file management, documentation skills
? Qualification and experience
Graduate in any discipline
