CHANEL Hiring for IT Assistant at Delhi, Delhi, India Full Time

The job includes opening and closure of boutique independently as per schedule of opening /closing along with help and coordination of multiple suppliers and vendors.

Main Responsibilities And Specific Duties

• Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands.
• Procurement of the IT tools and allocation of the same to various departments as per the business requirement Responding in a timely manner to service issues
• Manage daily operations of the IT department and expert in trouble shooting of the generic issues for employees.
• Providing technical support across the company
• Setting up accounts for new users. Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use to manage.
• Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department. Inventory management of various devices of company as per policy and requirements.
• Vendor management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required,
• Proficient use of Excel and database
• English: Fluent, written and spoken.
• Adapt to travelling schedule.
• Well versed in IT administration in small / big environment independently.

Experience / Background

• 5-6 years of Experience
• Trouble shooting expert and pro-active attitude.
• Adaptable and flexible, adjusting to multiple demands.
• Embodies the highest level of personal and professional integrity and ethics.
• High ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Basic knowledge of Networking and troubleshooting of network issues like router, WIFI.
• Should be well versed in working with vendors for procurement of products and services for various needs of office and stores.
