What do we want from you?

• We want you to be one point of contact for clients. You should be a creative communication and marketing solutions for clients assigned. You will also be the go-to person in case of delivery and control activation questions, any escalation in terms of timeliness/quality and will need to plug it by internal coordination till the solution provided .

• Possess strong understanding of digital marketing, marketing communication and its implementation

• Cracking brief given by client, assist team for smooth execution and processing of all the campaigns

• Accountable for project completions with the expected quality and Service Level Agreements

• Establish and cultivate relationships with a company’s clients

*

• Supports in creating innovative tactics to support brand strategies for client

*

• Regular site meetings for key clients and understand their needs

*

• Pass on any Account mining leads to sales team as and when identified

*

• Work with other account managers at a company to create a consistent client message

*

• Ensuring flawless and regular documentation and progress report for the management and clients

*

• Responsible to bring repeat business from current client .

Qualifications-

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum Experience- 1-3yrs.
