Job Description :
Skills: MS Excel. MS Word, Word processing, Spreadsheet preparation and tracking skills, Administrative writing and reporting skills, Organizational skills, Vendor Management Skills.
REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Written and verbal communication skills
Creation of monthly reports using Workday data and Microsoft Office tools.
Create purchase requisitions for catalog and non-catalog purchases in Chapter247 as per request by the IT team.
Manage IT fixed assets related transactions including physical inventory, retirement, scrap, asset hold notification falling under managers in different locations
Work closely with Work Place Service Team to manage logistics for physical delivery/collection of assets to/from employees’ homes
Ensure that the material ordered is reaching to the employee directly from the supplier and the invoice is submitted to Accounts Payable
Ensure that the old/ lease expired PCs are being returned in lieu of new laptops delivered. Maintain track of PC inventory and ensure safe custody of PCs and other IT assets and consumables.
Carry out joining formalities for new employees. This includes allocating a desk, ordering laptop and PC, headphones with other accessories, phone services and coordinating with WPS for installing desk phone, and other required material for facilitating the hires.
Going bank when need to submit documents
Going market and another place whenever required for office work
Carry out exit formalities including IT/ team exit confirmation to WPS and HR team for further clearance for attriting employees and maintain the assets accordingly. Make sure all items at their home are collected as per their availability and reach the office and they get clearance on time.
Maintain Space Data for seat allocation for the team. Work with the managers for new hires and the WPS team in case of the requirement of new desks.
Assist for Public Distribution Lists ownership/ maintenance.
Ensure that all requested travel arrangements for Senior Managers and other employees.
