Job Summary

About the Role:

We’re hiring a Business Operations (Biz Ops) professional to help streamline and scale how our company runs. You’ll work closely with leadership to build and manage the core systems that power everything from procurement and inventory to logistics and order fulfilment. This is a high-impact role where you’ll handle both strategy and execution, making the business more efficient and ready for growth in new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain project documentation to ensure clear communication across teams.
• Manage and track inventory in collaboration with supply chain and warehouse partners.
• Track all team tasks and operational projects using JIRA.
• Lead and support ERP implementation for seamless data management and process automation.
• Build and automate the procurement process, working directly with vendors and manufacturers.
• Draft, maintain, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize workflows.
• Manage order fulfilment, ensuring fast, accurate, and cost-effective delivery to customers.
• Set up and optimize logistics and distribution channels in new countries, including documentation and compliance.
• Handle HSN code classification, import/export documentation, and tracking import duties to ensure smooth cross-border operations.
• Support legal, compliance, and IP-related tasks, working with external consultants as needed.
• Monitor and report key business metrics to leadership, improving processes and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Execute special projects and time-sensitive initiatives that are critical to business growth.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in Biz Ops, operations management, supply chain, consulting, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
• Familiarity with HSN codes, import/export duties, and cross-border logistics.
• Exposure to ERP systems, JIRA, and process automation tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, especially in documentation and SOP creation.
• Strong analytical ability with comfort in Google Sheets / Excel.
• High ownership mentality with a track record of solving problems independently.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in consumer products, hardware, or lifestyle brands.
• Exposure to legal, compliance, or IP workflows.
• Prior work with startup or fast-growth companies, ideally in international operations.
