Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations to join our team and lead our operations department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and customer fulfillment operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can optimize processes, drive efficiency, and ensure exceptional quality standards while scaling our operations to meet growing demand across different regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Oversee supply chain management, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor relations to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
• Manage production schedules, capacity planning, and resource allocation to meet production targets and customer demand.
• Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as product development, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless coordination and execution of business strategies.
• Implement and maintain robust quality control measures and compliance standards throughout the manufacturing and fulfillment processes.
• Analyze key operational metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive initiatives to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in operations management to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience of 6+ years in a senior operations management role.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, logistics, and quality control principles.
• Experience with implementing and optimizing ERP systems and other operational tools/software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
