For more information kindly visit www.charms.co.inCharms presently have offices at Chandigarh (HO), Mohali, Amritsar, Bathinda, South Delhi, West Delhi, Ludhiana, Khanna, Jalandhar, Moga.We are looking for Office Assistant for our Bengaluru Office .Responsibilities and DutiesHandling incoming calls and other communications.Managing filing system.Recording information as needed.Greeting clients and visitors as needed.Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.Helping organize and maintain office common areas.Performing general office clerk duties and errands.Coordinating events as necessary.Maintaining supply inventory.Maintaining office equipment as needed.Aiding with client reception as needed.Experience as a virtual assistant.Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.Required Experience, Skills and QualificationsShould be a B.Tech Graduate or Computer Diploma Holder or from IT Background.Experienced (in same field candidate will be preferred.Should have knowledge about, filling procedures and answering inquires from customers and resolve issues.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Pleasing personality.Effective and excellent communication skillsWe are looking for Female Candidates only.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftWork Location: One locationSpeak with the employer+91 9872723366
