Draftly.so helps professionals grow their LinkedIn presence through AIdriven content creation and scheduling. We re looking for a driven leader to own our marketing and product growth.
What Youll Do
- Lead product marketing and strategy to grow Draftly.
- Own the product roadmap ensuring we meet user needs.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver impactful features.
- Drive user acquisition engagement and retention.
- Analyze performance metrics to guide decisions.
- Identify growth opportunities and partnerships.
Requirements
- Experience as a Chief Marketing Officer in a fastpaced SaaS or startup environment.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and content marketing.
- Proven success in scaling products.
- Datadriven and userfocused mindset.
- Great leadership and communication skills.

You’ve at least 3+ years of hands-on experience working as a project manager. Bonus if you’ve worked on building SaaS products/projects. You’ve excellent know-how of software systems. You ve great communication skills (verbal and written). You re driven enough to build processes that scale up. You have a clear understanding of agile development methodology. You can combine technical and business skills to understand, test, and challenge while working harmoniously with the business and technology owners You are seeking a full-time engagement and are not distracted by freelancing / personal projects.
