Job Description: We have a vacancy for the position of Manager, Donor Relations for our Head Office based at Powai, Mumbai.
Job Purpose:
The Manager, Donor Relations is an integral part of the Crowd funding working with
Senior Executives, Consultant and Trustees amongst others to build donor relationships and generate repeat funds. Responsibilities focus on supporting cultivation of new donors, developing and managing donor engagement processes and procedures, planning and managing donor events, and managing donor data collection, entry and analysis.
This position requires proactive customer service skills alongside deep
Understanding of multiple projects we do, and the ability to articulate those issues to
Donors while building and maintaining strong relationships.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Analyse donor and Champion (fund raiser) data. Find out missing information like
Date of birth, Place of employment etc.
2. Support donor relations through relationship and trust building. Be personable and
able to relate to donors, and show genuine interest in donors interests. Provide
excellent in person, phone and online customer service.
3. Periodic calls to donors. Conduct meetings online or offline with donors,professional
advisors, and community members. As needed, help facilitate meetings, place calls, and
send written correspondence.
4. Manage administration, stewardship and implementation of fund agreements,
including working across teams to ensure the coordination and accuracy of all
agreements and documentation, maintaining fund agreement templates and seeking ways
to improve and make the processes more donor friendly, and monitoring and updating
documents. Send donor reports.

Work timings are 9 to 4.30pm
Sunday weekly off.

Candidate Requirement

Essential Qualification:
Graduate in Arts, Social Media/Marketing /Mass studies
Proficient in English, Computer and Microsoft Office skills
Strong Communication Skills and Experience
Experience:-
Out of 10 years experience in PR/Crowd Funding, three years of experience working in philanthropic services, development and/or Donor engagement, or similar experience providing relationship management for a client portfolio, which has provided the individual with the knowledge, abilities, and
Skills listed below. (From financial industry or Real estate).
