Chinmaya Mission Looking For Manager, institutional Relations at Mumbai (Bombay), Maharashtra Full Time

Job Description: 
The Manager, Institutional Relations is an integral part of the Crowd funding working with
Senior Executives, Consultant and Trustees amongst others to build Institutional relationships and generate repeat funds. Responsibilities focus on supporting cultivation of new Institutionals, developing and managing Institutional engagement processes and procedures, planning and managing Institutional events, and managing Institutional data collection, entry and analysis.

This position requires proactive customer service skills alongside deep
Understanding of multiple projects we do, and the ability to articulate those issues to
Institutional while building and maintaining strong relationships.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Analyse Institutional and Champion (fund raiser) data. Find out missing information like
Date of birth, Place of employment etc.
2. Support Institutional relations through relationship and trust building. Be personable and
Able to relate to Institutional requirements, and show genuine interest in Institutionals interests. Provide
Excellent in person, phone and online customer service.
3. Periodic calls to Institutions. Conduct meetings online or offline with Institutions,professional
Advisors, and community members. As needed, help facilitate meetings, place calls, and
Send written correspondence.
4. Manage administration, stewardship and implementation of fund agreements,
Including working across teams to ensure the coordination and accuracy of all
Agreements and documentation, maintaining fund agreement templates and seeking ways
To improve and make the processes more Institutional friendly, and monitoring and updating
Documents. Send Institutional reports.
